Compared to the 1/2oz bottle that we get here, this is a great buy. 2nd, organic. Retail, here would cost an arm and a leg. 3rd, having enough of a supply due to a scarcity at the local markets. 4th, taste seems improved and with the generous supply, one can use for more dishes, especially in dipping sauces. Overall, I'm just glad to have enough at a super price. The organic flavour is so strong that we had to cut back on the period of our subscription - we just don't need as much as we thought.
