I ordered a pound of Mexican beans 7-8" and got 5" beans instead. I was extremely disappointed. However, within moments of me emailing the company, they called me AND sent me an email, apologizing for the size of the beans and explaining that it was due to it being the last of the crop and the new crop of beans wouldn't be available for another week.While I appreciate their fast response in correcting the problem, it did not solve the original issue of needing a certain size/length bean within a certain time frame. However, Brent from Beanilla apologized and instantly refunded my payment. I am inclined to give them another chance simply because their customer service is so good that at least I know if I have another issue in the future, I can count on them to make things right. 4 stars because quite frankly, I did not receive the product advertised and that I ordered, but their customer service was second to none and the beans I did get, while 'smalls' were...
