Great, Fresh Taste!,

We love this flax meal. It taste great, with no fishy aroma that stale flax can get, even at the bottom of the bag. We used to buy it at Sam's but they dropped it. The Prime price is a good deal.
Tip - Mix in a coffee or measuring cup:
1/4 cup meal
1 egg
1 tsp butter or coconut oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
dash salt (optional)
sweetener (optional).
Stir, microwave 60 seconds, wait 30, invert on plate. Drops out for a nice healthy instant breakfast!
