The grind is fine, so this is great for at-the-table use as well as for cooking. I especially enjoy making a simple vinegrette using this, vinegar, and EVOO. It does contain salt, which will be something to note when you are cooking - leave out the salt you'd otherwise put into the recipe when using the D&A Garlic & Red Pepper blend. Buying through Amazon has gone well - the bottles arrived well packed and no damage, even tho it's glass. |
