I'm sold! I use my Magic Bullet to grind Chia and other seeds, and have found it give a nice medium-fine grind. The first batch of this I did up, I opened up the freshly ground container and, oh, my, the aroma was worth it.The flavor is wonderful. I have used it by itself, combined it with coriander, and Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper, and Garlic herb. It adds great flavor and variety in every use. I have used it on chicken and fish. With the recent findings on how healthy it is, I plan on using a fair amount of it, regularly. It comes packaged in a resealable foil package, which looks to be good for preserving the integrity of the herb. I was expecting a product from US.Ground cumin though doesnt taste like whole or partially ground cumin which is much more tasteful. I use this in my quinoa dishes to give a bit of flavor. |
