When I first opened the top to the container, I found that the anti-tampering seal was loose and did not seal the container. The seal also had an approximately 2-inch slit near its center. The contents appeared to be OK, but I am just going to toss the whole thing. I bought it as a supplement, but when I smelled it I had to add it to some cookies. I was very impressed with the flavor it added to them, and will make more. Ill still use it as a supplement, but baking with it rocks.
